honestly..as a kid I only watched Dragonball here and there (when Goku is a kid) and I liked it but was always confused coz I never caught it in order..

When this movie was in theaters I saw it the day it came out with my boyfriend who LOVES DBZ. It made me remember how much I loved Yamcha, and how cool I thought Bulma was as a kid..and I’m like “Where’s the little bald guy? Where is the flying cat thing?” LOL Even though it wasn’t exactly like the series, the movie is what lit the fire for me to purchase Dragonball manga and watch the entire DBZ series and movies with my boyfriend. It was a great bonding experience for us..all thanks to this movie everyone loves to bash. I also cosplayed 18 and an amazing Frieza if I do say so myself..my boyfriend cosplayed Janemba with me <3 :)

so even though it wasn’t perfect, it still remains special to me. Now, The Last Airbender..thats a different story. lol
